Hi
I am hoping any of you techie guys or gals can help
a couple of days ago i downloaded the software update and installed it, the screen went black with multicoloured lines across the screen and stayed like this for at least 10 minutes, thinking it failed I rebooted the tablet, now when I switch it on it starts to boot up and gets stuck on "samsung" and won't go any further,
Is there a simple fix for this

doesn't sound good! I don't know, but if you don't want to send it off for repair, it is possible you could root it and reflash the stock rom - check out XDA developers for info on this option.
