Goodwill offer

I have been offered a goodwill payment for PPI from Natwest but I think it is too low, my problem is I can't remember the meeting I had with the bank when I took out the loan. Can I argue my case with the bank with no evidence, if so how ????

You dont need to remember the meeting. If you feel the redress payment is too low then tell them why and supply your evidence to support your views. If no evidence, then its hard to argue your point.
Why do you think it is too low?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
I don't think you could argue, if as you say, you have no evidence. And remember, this is a goodwill gesture, not an admission and it could be withdrawn at any time.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0
