25% off Everything this Thurs-Sun @ Tesco Clothing

Found out that the 25% off everything is only available online. Instore it is just ladies and menswear excluding nightwear underwear and the like. Our clubcard account was hacked but got things sorted, had to ask for the boost to be put on clothing but could only spend instore, received the email yesterday advertising the 25% off. Very happy. Only to go instore to find not on everything though. If we want to return the goods, (so that we could then order online) we would only get 50% of the value that was spent, how does that work. DISGUSTING. We will not be shopping at Tesco anymore.

I too have had the same situation as karldndsn---placed and order for £108 only to receive a dispatch email saying they have dispatched the order but cancelled part of it. Its a bloody suit jacket!! They have dispatched the trouser and waistcoat but not the jacket! What imbecile thinks you can wear a business suit without the jacket?? Its not rocket science- surely they could have contacted me to ask me if I still wanted the rest of the order? idiots!
Then I asked about a refund cus I used my bonus points and they said I will only be refunded the initial value not the doubled up amount! Tesco can stick their offers where the sun don't shine as far as I am concerned now! Rant over:o

I have been trying to check out my order for 2 days!!!!!! I tried on the ipad, on my phone, on a mac and my sons laptop ( just in case it was a problem with Apples OS). I get as far as secure checkout put my details in and it's on a constant loop straight back to the basket ( pre secure checkout). No error message just stuck in a loop back to basket! It's driving me nuts! I have contacted them but no word back!

I got this, it froze up after entering my card details and didn't bring up the card authentication box. Using Internet Explorer. I just clicked stop and tried again using Chrome, and that was fine.
