Which laptop should I buy?

I need to get my brother a laptop for xmas. I have a budget of £400. So far, I have found the following three laptops.

HP Pavilion 15-e021sa

Which one would people recommend? Or does anyone have a different suggestion for this budget?

Don't discount refurbished ones, like dells, and end of line offers in PC world etc.

Christmas is nigh, keep the other eye open for sales, but for £400 I would want an i5

Argos site is currently down, the Very hp lacks cpu info, lenovo g500 think is slightly higher spec, but on amazon people generally do not give it 4 or 5 stars, just disappointing well distributed average rating - would expect a few failures and the majority to be happy
