Parking Charge notice

I wonder if someone can give me some advice, yesterday I received a PCN from Euro car parks, we exceeded the free parking time to be honest I didn't know there was a time limit although there is a notice, it has recently changed.
The letter has my registration and time of entry and exit, we were 72 mins over and have been issued with a fine of £90, £50 if I pay within 14 days. what would be my best course of Action?

Your thread is now in the right place so let us know when you get your POPLA code or whether you get this pathetic fake PCN cancelled by the retailer if you were simply shopping. See the 'successful complaints' sticky thread near the other one at the top of this forum board.
Read them both and you should know your next steps are to appeal as registered keeper (not implying who was driving) and complain to the retailer/on site management. You won't be paying this.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

its not a FINE either, its a parking charge for an overstay (an invoice for breaking their "rules" )0
