These are the rules for the Glenfiddich – Share Our Malt Master Class prize draw for the chance to win x3 70cl bottles of our distinguished single malt whiskies (including our 12 Year Old, 15 Year Old and 18 Year Old expressions).
What is the promotion?

The promotion is a prize draw to win the prize described below (the Promotion).
What is the Prize?

There is one prize to be won for the entire promotion (the prize). The prize consists of x 3 70cl bottles of Glenfiddich: one bottle of our 12 year old (RRP £33.99), one bottle of our 15 year old (RRP £37.99) and one bottle of our 18 year old (RRP £49.99) expressions. All items subject to availability and the promoter has the right to substitute a Prize of similar or greater value, at its sole discretion. There is no cash alternative.
Who can enter?

The Promotion is open to anyone who is over the age of 18 years old only (proof of age may be requested) and is a resident of the United Kingdom. Employees of William Grant & Sons (the Promoter), or any company within the same group of companies as the Promoter, and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with the Promotion (Associates) are not allowed to enter. To be eligible to win, entrants must have shared one of the 'Glenfiddich Malt Master Class' videos using the inbuilt Facebook, Twitter or G+ functionality and completed the entry form.
How to enter the Promotion?

To enter, simply share one of our Malt Master Class videos (using the respective social sharing buttons supplied underneath the video module) and insert your details into the prize draw registration form (also found below the video), telling us why that particular expression is your favourite, and click submit.
No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion or to claim the Prize.
Only one entry per person per video is allowed.
Any third party entries, multiple entries or entries submitted by agents will not be accepted.
What is the closing date?

The closing date for prize draw registration forms to be received by the Promoter is 23:59 on Friday 29/11/2013 (UK time).
The Promoter’s decision about whether a Registration Form has been received in time will be final.
How will the winner be chosen?

The winner of the Prize will be drawn at random by an independent judging organisation (whose decisions are final in all respects) from the database of all the filled out registration forms submitted before the closing date.
The draw will take place on Monday 02/12/2013.
How will the winner be notified?

The winner will be the first name drawn.
The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to notify the winner by email before 23:59 on Friday 06/12/2013.
The winner must respond to this email within 14 days or he/she will automatically be disqualified and another winner will be chosen. This process will be repeated five times in total until an eventual winner is finalised.
When will the winner be announced?

The name and region of the winner may be obtained after the date of the draw by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope detailing your request and the name of the Promotion to: William Grant & Sons, 84 Lower Mortlake Rd, Richmond, Surrey, TW9 2HS.
