HRMC Tax Calculation Advice

I have just received a Tax Calculation for 2012-2013 from HMRC advising that I have underpaid some tax.
Sorry to sound stupid but on checking the calculations presented against the relevant P60 the PAYE Income amounts differ - Can anyone possibly explain or give a reason as to why this is ?

Not that I am aware of ? Only a flat rate job expenses amount of £120 which appears on HRMC Tax Calculation.
But my tax code was 822L0 -
No I have not and now my new / latest tax code since April 2013 is 899L ?0

Thanks again for your reply.
For period 2012-2013
P60 Total Gross Income was £19,991.52 same as End of March 2013 payslip.
Tax Code 822L on Pay slip and P60
Personal Allowance on HRMC Form states £8,105
PAYE Income on HRMC Form states £20,1650 -
Further to my earlier post should I have received something explaining the change in Tax Code or would this have been sent to my employer ?0

What is the expenses for? It seems this was included in your tax code but has now been removed
Yep employer has tax as 2352.40 but HMRC has 2388 ?
Have not got a clue what the £120 expenses is in respect of ? How can I find out ?
Should I contact my employer or HRMC ?0 -
