Hi,
I'm just starting with my first PPI claim. I have information back from Egg stating I did have PPI but with it comes hundreds of pages of info that I don't really know what to do with.
What do I do next?

You make your complaint to them giving your reasons for complaint and copies of any evidence you have to support your complaint (if your complaint reason calls upon it).I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Just make a complaint stating valid reasons why you believe the policy was mis-sold.
You don't have to work anything out, they do that if they agree with you.0
