How often are you supposed to get working tax credit payments made?
I haven't had anything since beginning of the month and should be getting about £30 a week. We had some odd payments last month, but have no award letter yet to see what is going on. I'm puzzled!

Sounds like you have opted for 4 weekly payments. You will at first receive a one off payment then your 4 weekly payments thereafter.
Call the helpline and they will tell you when your next payment is and if an award notice has beed issued. Between 9 -9.30 and 2-4 pm is the best time at the moment I believe.0 -

Just phoned them - payments are now made 4 weekly unless requested weekly. I have left it 4 weekly - doesn't matter to me really when I get it, as long as I know what I am getting and when
