Hi all
We've moved house to a victorian villa. It has a stone extension with external horizontal and vertical wood (possibly oak) beams running through the stone. Not sure if these beams are strucural or not so want to give them max protection from the Scottish weather. I've treated them with cuprinol wet rot protector........now what? Leave alone, good quality wood stain, some other product I don't know about or dare I say it Varnish. Any recommendations gratefully received. Ta
