What boiler and radiators to get installed.

I currently have my 1 bedroom flat for sale and I am going to get heating put in. I am getting the gas connection to the flat made soon. And I am shopping separately for a boiler and 3 radiators but I am not having much luck finding prices online and with so many options and I don't know what to go for.

I am looking for whatever is cheapest/easiest to try and boost the sale of the flat as our budget is not big. Any suggestions?

No Ferroli, which is cheaper, if that's what you want.

I think the gas connection will add value, and easy to do.
The central heating is lots of work for little return.
