Replacing toilet seat screw fixing

Hi All,
I'm having problems finding a replacement universal screw piece for attaching a toilet seat to the toilet. It looks like the headed screw in the photo
I've checked most local DIY store and their online equivalents without luck. Has anyone any suggestions, or experience of using any of the following online stores:
Tizaro
Partridges?
Failing that any recommendation for cheap replacement toilet seats.
Thanks

Where did you get the photo from? If a retailer's website, won't they have it in stock?
I googled 'toilet seat hinge kit', looked at images for same, and this was on the first page of results

And here's another

You probably won't get a single screw on its own unless you find one of the old backstreet hardware merchants that disappeared 30 years ago so a complete set is likely the only way.0
