In February this year, I paid for a divorce and consent order via the Wikivorce website. I was told that, as it was a simple case, it would be completed within 6 months. It is now November and I still have not received the Decree Nisi never mind the Decree Absolute.
I have raised complaints with both the firm and Wikivorce but they are not responding to my complaints. I have had no contact with the solicitors since September despite repeated calls and emails asking for updates.
Short of turning up on their doorstep, can anyone suggest where I go next? Is there any way I can use something like SOGA to get them to get a move on, or even to just get them to contact me and give me an update?
Thanks in advance

I've never heard of Wikivorce. Are they regulated by the SRA? (Solicitors Regulation Authority). If yes maybe try a complaint to SRA?0

Quick glance it looks like a site like this. But with adverts or referrals to solicitors.
Charity funded.
