Hi

I won a box of Oven Pride oven cleaner from Candis Magazine on 21st October and messaged them my contact details as requested. As yet I haven't received anything. As I won it along with 9 others ( I think) I wondered if anyone on here was one of them and has heard yet ?? Should I chase it up or give them a bit longer ?

Hi .....well done on you win :T

i think it all depends on when the competition advertiser themselves receive the prizes. A few of my prizes have taken up to 6 - 8 weeks to arrive - wellies from petsmart as they had to wait on hunter sending them the pair ( plus pairs for the other 99 winners too lol) and my debenhams weekend facebook win. As they sent my details directly to Ysl, and i just had to wait on them to send it out rather than debenhams directly.

It never hurts to send an email though and keep updated on whats happening amd when to expect delivery

My Mum also won on this and she's not received hers either, maybe send them a message if its not arrived by the end of the week.
