parking ticket - warden error
I got a ticket last week, but on closer inspection I notice that the warden wrote down the colour of the car completely wrong, (brown instead of metallic blue) theres no way anyone could make that mistake in broad daylight.
Have I got enough grounds to appeal on this technical error in the ticket? bearing in mind that the wardens also use digital cameras if that makes any difference to their side?
thanks

You can always appeal, ask to view the digital pictures if they clearly show your VRM keep quiet and pay the ticket.
If the VRM is obscured or missing I would contest the photo evidence.
If there is no photo evidence and the other vehicle details are correct on the ticket the fine will be upheld so you should pay.Previously known as Bokken, registered at MSE in Nov 04,computer glich deleted my access but it is fun building up my stars from scratch,again.:D0 -
I successfully appealed a ticket because the warden put a V instead of a U in the reg number. It's worth a shot anyway.0
