    Just an update:

    Parking Eye sent a letter through the post, confirming they've cancelled the debt altogether so don't need to pay the £20 now. Thanks to all for their help :-)

    Hope this encourages others to try to appeal or take some action

    Good result! Wish the car park I was in was run by someone like Welcome Break! I'm going to try and get a photo of the signs when I'm next in that area and have a look if anyone else is in that space and get a photo.
