Lost postal orders

Please move this thread if this is not the best place for it, I didn't know which board to post on.
I have lost two postal orders which were issued within the last two weeks, they are the new type which have been printed like a cheque with my name on them. Is there any way of getting new ones issued if I contact the sender?
