Do I still ignore?

Hi everyone , first time post , after receiving PCN in May I have subsequently ignored three other letters from Debt Recovery Plus ranging from the Demand for payment at £159.99 then to Notice of intended court action still at £159.99, the next being a reduced payment offer to avoid court proceedings for £127.99 and today a notice of debt recovery assignment from Zenith collections for £59.99 , it has the usual "it is our intention to collect this and pursue it to a legal conclusion if necessary "should I still continue and ignore or should I contact them about it , and also not that it counts for much they misspelled my name, any advice would be appreciated .

Yes you should ignore it, in fact throw it in the bin as you walk down to the paper shop to pay your 2d for your copy of the Daily Sketch so that you can read about the Relief of Mafeking ....

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

Have a look at this excellent advisory thread that will give you loads of information about private parking tickets, including how to handle Debt Collectors' letters.

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822

Have you complained to the retailer/landowner for whose car park the ticket was given? This can get it cancelled. See the other sticky about the way in which complaints can be made and the positive results from them.

A slight misspelling of your name is of very little significance.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

What did the 'DC - debt collectors' section of the sticky thread for 'newbies' tell you when you followed the links there? Several options and links galore that we can't keep posting every day, hence the sticky thread.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
