For constructive criticism! (your words) I read no criticism of you in any posts!

People were quoting the legalities to the situation; both parents are on the tenancy agreement and both have equal rights to remain in the house. This is obviously not what you wanted to hear.

The only way either party can be "forced" to leave is via the legal route (as advised).

This was post #6 which is pretty early on. Now either I'm missing something or you've misunderstood every comment. Who are all these 'posters who think that it's only about the daughter getting the home'? Only four had responded at that point and as far as I can see only one has come anyway near saying something like that (and hasn't actually, merely asking fairly neutrally and reasonably whether the husband gets a say). So unless posts have been removed I'm not really sure what you're banging on about.

I imagine some posts have been deleted, l thought the same.

    Happy moneysaving all.

Nope, no posts have been deleted. The OP has over reacted. Understandable, I suppose.

Yeah, I didn't think stuff had been deleted. At least the OP's not ranted and raved which is a nice change but, even so, he/she had certainly seen criticism where there was none.

I think posts must have been deleted. Fluffnutter says my post was at #6 - but I see it as #3.

No, she was referring to the OP's post thanking your post, which was post 6.
