Software for Printing 'We Have Moved' cards

I would like to print out the 'we have moved to...' cards to give to people rather than buy them. Can anyone point me towards any cheap/free software for this? I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0 and will look to see if I already have the software on this but anyone got any ideas?

The site iammoving.com offers e-cards to send to friends and family. The whole site is free.
But this are e-versions though, I don't know if it actually lets you print them off once you have created them.
