Hi anyone know what insurance to use for my daughter laptop :huh:
she is just gone to Uni and I would like to insure the laptop for both hardware and software, THANK YOU

There are companies out there like ProtectMyBubble that provide insurance for individual devices, but you are probably better off without insurance. I personally feel it is not worth the money to insurance low value items -- it defeats the purpose of insurance, which is to cover losses you really couldn't afford to make.

If she is living in halls, she probably has basic cover -- usually with Endsleigh. You can also take out greater levels of insurance with Endsleigh.

try endsleigh or cover4students.

Also think outside the box and look at gadget insurance with Amex or BArclaycard essentials insurance. They cover all your gadgets for one price that may work out cheaper than student insurance.

You can probably extend your own home contents insurance to cover it.
