Any evidence you've contacted them? Emails? Letters send recorded delivery?

Recorded delivery is essential. Make sure you state the last time you had a bill or if you have never had one, when you moved into the property.

Oh yeah without doubt.

I just didn't want the poster to think they were actually getting one over the supplier. At the end of the day somebody will pay, and it wont be the supplier.:D
