Hire Car & UKCPS

I borrowed a car from work over the weekend and received a parking notice at Wren Nest Retail Park for leaving the site, despite having spent nearly £500 at the retail park, I popped to a new beer shop a couple of doors down the high street, was less than 10 minutes and returned to find a nice yellow sticker on the windscreen!
I've read on the sticky threads about admiting it was 'my car' and give my address details, but can I email them or does it have to be by snail mail?
I can't seem to find an email address anywhere.
I've informed my employer of the situation and agreed that any correspondence will be passed to myself as I am appealing the matter, but obviously don't want them to receive any fake court letters, etc. as they will just pay it and dock my wages!
Thanks in advance.

You cannot send UKPCS an appeal by email so DO NOT TRY or they will ignore that, contact the company or lease hire firm instead and then you could end up with a pathetic bill form a daft Lease Hire Firm (if they just pay these). Most companies lease their vehicles so it is a danger. In fact even if they don't lease the vehicle, how can you be sure a different staff member won't just pay it like some numpty if a letter arrives?
Simply send a strong snail mail appeal like this one in the hope that UKCPS just fold (which is easiest for you):

Also once you have posted it, go back to the retail park with receipts and COMPLAIN to the Store managers and if they can't help, ask them for whoever runs the centre (or Google it) and send them a complaint. Lots of examples of complaints to retail parks in the 'Successful complaints about PPCs' sticky thread near the top of this forum.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks for the reply.
The letter will be in the post tonight! Thanks for the template, that's a great help.
We only have 2 people dealing with traffic offences in the company and both have been made aware, so no chance of this getting paid, and I'll remind them every dayAlso turns out its not a hire car, its a company owned pool car, so even better that it won't go a hire company.
I went into a couple of the stores on Saturday to complain, but none were bothered, asked me to put it in writing (which I will!) as it was a matter to be taken up with UKCPS!!0 -
I'll remind them every day0
