Concert Tickets - Ebay

Hi All, 1st time poster, take it easy please....

I bought concert tickets June 2013 for a concert Nov 2013, kept contact with seller upto week before, when I was told that "It looks like I'm not getting the tickets, I'll refund you" Guess what... yep

No refund, no further contact & sellers Ebay account now closed, requested sellers details, but no answer on number given.

Now I know that this is over the "45 Day Buyer Protection" so where do I stand? Have I lost my money or is there any chance I will get it back?

Unless you can get the sellers name and address (so you can start small claims) then there is nothing that you can do I'm afraid.
