Two questions..
Standard SMP is 6 weeks @ 90% wages then £135 per week for 33 weeks.
if your employer offers 14 weeks full pay, do we add the above standard to the 14 weeks or is it in place of?
Is it the law for a company to provide a payment schedule? if so can you help with links etc

You will have to ask your employer about this. All the laws relate only to statutory maternity pay anything paid above this is a contractual matter between you and your employer. They can pay anything they want provided that it is at least equal to the SMP figures that are required to be paid.

Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP)
Employees must give you 28 days’ notice. You have 7 days to write confirming:- they’re eligible for SMP
- how much they’ll get
- when the pay will start and stop

Usually maternity pay is detailed in your employment contract. You have a right to have a written statement of employment after 2 months of working there. If it isn't in the contract then it may be in the handbook.
Where did you find out about the 14 weeks full pay?
Usually contractual maternity pay says something like 'first 14 weeks on full pay and then the following weeks on statutory maternity pay.'
