Today at 9-30......(!!!!!)

Hi all,

The deed is being done at 9-30 today! Funnily enough I'm not at all nervous (been with someone else to the court before so know the drill).

Bank a/c duly emptied of my last £150 (!!!).

I've been very very lucky in that I've already been exempted from the Court Fees (did that before I went on holiday) & I received a cheque YESTERDAY (phew!) from the British Gas Trust for the OR fee so luckily it's not costing anything (I could have scraped it without chq but it would have been value beans for a month!).

Will post back later if not too drunk (feel like celebrating as no more letters, etc...1st time in my life I've taken responsibility for my actions & a clean slate!)!

Only thing I'm not looking forward to is the OR interview-which will be face to face as I have property. A bit uncomfortable about explaining my lack of tax payments. Luckily (if you can use the word)-a liability order was granted on this & last years council tax-so no bailiff action & it will be included in the BR. also-managed to put water company bailiff action off till end this month too! Methinks they are the 1st people who get a faxed copy of my BR notice (!)

Also-managed to arrange rental (room in a nice flat) from mid July-so will be producing a different SOA to OR at meeting as I will be voluntarily surrendering house in Early July (repo hearing 9 August-my next task is to try & sweet talk lender to keep me off repo register-will help I've been advised with any future mortgage)-as crippling secured debts/arrears-over £800 PCM! Luckily the shortfall (which there will be) again will be written off in the BR.

I've done all the hard stuff re: moving to smaller place (have just 2 card loads of stuff-amazing the crap you can throw out) & also I'm over £150 in the red so no IPA/IPO.

When I get a chance will post my SOA on here. Had some great advice (see my previous posts ) from this board/the web.

Just need to get a PAYG sim for the mobile (on contract at mo-that will I'm sure get cut off soon!) & will be going in tomorrow/TODAY with new tennancy agreement & passport to try & open a Cash-Minder a/c. Already have a cashplus credit card (pre-paid but as only £1 on it advised to leave it off SOA).

Will post back later!
