I am going to try and return a V pillow to Dunelm mill but I dont have the packaging (do have the receipt - bought it on saturday) - does anyone know how I stand? We did try to use it but couldn't get comfortable (obviously i wont return the cover).
I would be grateful for any advice you can give.
Thanks in advance.

You have no actual right to return it but their returns policy or manager discretion may allow it.0

Their policy does allow for change of mind returns but it does state that the goods must be in a resellable condition, which I would assume would mean with all packaging. We will willingly refund or offer an exchange on any unused product returned within 28 days of purchase, provided you can show us your receipt and the product is in its original, re-saleable condition
But there is certainly no harm in asking the store manager.0 -
Thank you both for your replies.
You were correct, it was managers discretion - luckily for me he said yes and I got my refund.
Thanks again!0
