ok after recently losing my mum and finding she had no life insurance it has got me thinking that i should make sure my children are taken care of when my time comes.im 30 now and have 3 children and have no idea where to start.
iv read the life insurance info here and got completely confused when visiting some of the links i came across.
especially when faced with options such as
CIC Only Comprehensive CIC & TPD (own occupation) TPD only (own occupation) CIC & TPD (any occupation) TPD only (any occupation) CIC & TPD (suited occupation) TPD only (suited occupation)what the hell???
anyway.could someone please give me some straight forward tips and advice on where to go etc.and what sort of cover i need?
thanks in advance

A good starting point would be finding a financial advisor - www.unbiased.co.uk will help you search for advisors by post code and give details about them for you.
I hope this helps
