Good advice.

Unfortunately, the people who get caught out by websites such as these are the sort of people who don't bother to check the T&Cs to see if they can get a refund.
Instead, they post on here, contact their bank/credit card companies, waste ridiculous amounts of money ringing overseas numbers etc etc.

Without bothering to read the previous posts on the subject that answer their question.

Which is why they end up being 'scammed', 'conned', ripped-off' etc.

People should be suing their optician, as they quite clearly haven't got the correct glasses! It's very clear they're nothing to do with the passport service.
