There's nothing "funny" about expecting staff to arrive in time for work, and to stay until the end of work. That's pretty standard in all sorts of businesses where you have defined hours.0 -
but what do you do when all your closing down on apartment is done we always done half hour before ending when store is closed most others gone home apart from some managers or cleaning staff which you not allowed to help with0

Asking your manager what they'd prefer from you is probably the best idea. If they are fine for people to leave early if the work is done, then go along with it. If not then just be grateful that you are getting paid for half an hour of not working.0
