  • Well you can appeal a private parking ticket regardless of the circumstances.

Do you know what their signs actually say regarding disabled parking spaces?

Can you appeal it, LOL! Of course you can; you don't pay £80 to a scammer for using a private disabled bay when you are indeed disabled!

If this is Giltbrook Retail Park, send the Centre Manager an urgent complaint about them harassing a disabled customer (enclose a copy of the Blue Badge and do not comment whether it was displayed or not):

As for the PPC fake ticket, DO NOT APPEAL YET! Just wait for the Notice to Keeper to arrive just as you will of course have already read in the 'newbies...read this now!' thread. I hope... Also I would hope you have noticed 'successful complaints about PPCs' at the top of the forum which shows you links of dozens of cases where people have written to retail parks to complain.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

also, it is NOT a fine , its a parking charge - or an invoice charged for parking

    definitely NOT a fine
