How do I complain and get my money back

I bought a bush freeview record box for £100 and it has never worked right since I got it, not recording properly, poor signal (have tried another freeview box and that works fine so not ariel) some channels don't get a picture at all, it's just really not worth the money and I feel ripped off! I have had it for 3 months, it's guaranteed for a year. I want to complain and get my money back, how do I do this without them trying to replace it. What are my rights
Please help!! it's a lot of money to just let them away with poor quality...

You can't
Why don't you want a replacement.0 -
You can't insist on a refund after 3 months use, and I very much doubt if the seller will offer you one. Bush are a cheap brand so you can't expect too much in the way of quality, but you should take the box back and see whether the replacement (or repair if that's what is offered) is any better. If not then you would be better saving up for a decent brand.0

I don't want a replacement because I'm unhappy with it, and I'm sure that a new one would be the same. Thanks for replies, I'm still going to try and get my money back, terrible quality -you live and learn I guess. I just don't know how to go about it, maybe try and email BUSH and see what they say0

Have you checked the signal strength? Sometimes the signal can be ok for non recording freeview box but too strong or too weak for one that records..................
....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

Bush wouldn't refund you, to ask for a refund you need to approach the retailer you bought it from. Although you have no rights to a refund and if they did issue one they'd be entitled to deduct a fair sum for the use so far0

Who did you buy it from ?
It could just be a faulty one, it does happen.
Unfortunately as others say Bush is a cheap make and will not work as well as others. I would only use it for a strong signal area myself. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0
