Could anyone please tell me, can I plug in a UK electric plug through an adapter in Japan?
I am going there on holiday and want to know what adapter I need or transformer or something?

Don't think about taking things such as hairdriers though.
Power supplies for laptops and other small electronics should work if they are marked as having an input of 100-240V.
UK-Japan plug adaptors are easily available as the the Japanese plug is the same design as the US oneThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
When I travel, I always take a light, but cheap uk 4 way adapter, and buy a plug on ebay or in the country I visit.0
