Hairline cracks in paint

I've just been putting some washing away and noticed some hairline alligator type cracks in the paint above my window. I had a fleece on a hanger hanging from the curtain pole as I ran out of drying room, could this have caused it? Fleece was pretty lightweight and only damp after a good spin. Sometimes dry OH shirts there if I run out of room but if that's the cause I will obviously stop.
