Social worker refusing urgent care assessment - can I do anything?

And my health is not good , im now having to consider a permanent nursing care home for him , and im shunted about from one office to another , departments all over the place , speak to 3 different officers , then told im still in the wrong one, sends me crazy , spend ages getting through to social services , customer first , never seen such a f*ck up like it , all I ever get told his " cut backs", yea we all have to cut back , so why did Dave Cam give 50 million to another country last week..?....And he cant look after his own ..............:mad:

I thought I'd taken on another identity as this sounds like me!

I'm sure there's social workers all over reading these posts and thinking to themselves, "if only these people knew what we have to deal with". And I'm sure it's true, cutbacks etc, but all we can do as concerned family members of kids, parents, spouses etc is to keep focused on them because if we don't then social services definately won't.

It's seems to be every department and profession too. I contacted a solicitor regarding my dad and I can honestly say that whilst he was a very nice fella - he did !!!!!! all except take legal aid from the purse. This really annoys me as legal aid has also taken a bashing due to cutbacks (I'm seething again regarding flaming foreign aid!) - and I feel that it was money wasted.
