Im receiving correspondence from the above company stating that the Financial conduct authority has asked them to contact me as I may have been mis sold protection insurance. There is a lot of documentation, and they are asking me to complete a Voting Form in order that they can assess whether Im entitled to compensation, called "a scheme of arrangement".
Does this sound correct, and should I complete the voting form. They will then send me a questionnaire to complete.
Thanks

I've had one of these this week too - I had my mis-sold PPI repaid some years ago by the bank involved, and don't have any other cards; so I know I'm not owed any more money.
As you say, long form to fill in with more personal details - hmmm!0 -
There's an article on this - http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/CPP-card-protection0
