I have an EPSON SX130
Is there any way I can replace a cartridge when the ink light is not flashing so is not moving to correct space ?

Press down on the button with the exclamation mark for 3 seconds or so - it should stop to enable you to pull out and replace the cartridge.
If that does not do the trick look at your model on the Epson website under the help section.0
