Meal Plans W/B 25th November

Not joined in for a while although I usually lurk and get menu ideas from you all
This week I am (attempting) to work from home and also trying to stay out of the shops! Payday is Fri so I have written a meal plan and shopped accordingly. Holding on to a draft budget on the Grocery Challenge. as we are in the process of applying for a mortgage, and every penny helps!
Mon - chicken and bacon salad with HM bread
Tues - sticky Hoisin pork with vegetable fried rice
Wed - pasta with cheesy leek sauce and breadcrumb topping
Thu - cottage pie with green veg
Fri - Pizza Movie night - HM pizzas with ham, mozzarella, pineapple, pepper etc
Sat - tuna fish cakes with...no idea yet!
