Headphones

My 13 year old son has asked for some over ear headphones, he's not really what I'd call into music so doesn't need anything spectacular he just uses them with his iPad really for watching stuff and occasionally listening to music on his iphone.

I've already bought his main Christmas pressie and these are an extra from Santa so only want to spend around £10.

Which would be the better choice from these 3 options or are there better ones for the same sort of price?

Have tried quite a few of the sony MDR range, not these though. But the ones i have tried are great, nice sound, comfy fit.

Only real difference between the sony and jvc is style and colour. Wouldnt touch the third pair to be honest.

I think I prefer the sony ones but knowing my luck whichever ones 'Santa' picks will be wrong!

My son bought himself a set of these from Aldi the other day, probably still got some in..

£12.99 and he is chuffed with them. They are pretty chunky for my taste but the more fashion aware will have spotted that these are a fairly close replica of the DR Beats type headphone than can easily cost £200 and are a major trend on da street. Not saying these will sound same by any means but sound OK to me.
