Why is switching so difficult?
I am switching my electric and gas from EDF to NPower.
I have had confirmation from NPower that both my services have been transferred to them but EDF insist that my electric hasn't been transferred.
So at the minute NPower are supplying both my electric and gas but EDF are also supplying my electric.
Tried ringing them up but am getting nowhere.

Check with your local MPAS service - they will confirm if and on what date the transfer went through.0

I had loads of hassle when switching last year. The problem seems to be that the large utility providers struggle to process basic requirements.Happy chappy0
