Received County Court Claim form from SIP (Pre PoFA)

Hi Guys

I am aware there are plenty of threads on here and they've all been really helpful in me preparing my defense against these scammers, but thought I would start my own as I have a specific question.

I received this ticket in very early 2012 prior to PoFA coming into play. My Notice to Owner was received four months after the Parking Charge Notice was put on my vehicle (which means it isn't valid, right?) and since then I've had several threatening letters sent by SIP/Stop Illegal Parking/Whatever else they call themselves, including some that have been sent since Oct 2012 stating the PoFA, and now have had a paper stamped by Northamptonshire CC telling me they're making a claim against me.
Am I right in saying they are wrong to state PoFA, as my ticket was before this came into play?

If anyone wants to direct me to any useful threads to help me prepare my defense, please do let me know!

Does the claim from Northampton CC really say they are making the claim (against the keeper, presumably) under POFA? If so, their claim is doomed, and should hopefully get struck out. However, you'll need to ask the good folk on Pepipoo.com how to go about this in the right way.

This will be a very easy win, however have the other defence as a back up.

main backbone, the company is using POFA to establish keeper liability, the legislation was enacted after the date of alleged loss and can not be redacted .
Therefore the defendant has no basis for claim.

Only just checked this again - Yes it is me, and yes it does look similar.

However, I am terrified of losing this so was tempted just to pay up to get it out of my way! I haven't done it yet and I have about 7 days left to file my defence - i am panicking help!
