Well today was the last signing on at the Work Programme at Jobcentre, got told by advisor who signed me on today, she said its going to get tough now that I have finished my 2 year work Programme and I have still not got a Job.

Got appointment on Tuesday 26th of November at 9.40am, this is called (Post work Programme Support) It's to help me get more support and it also states on the letter need to do more things to get me into work.

At the moment these what I do for Jobseeking:

    1) Look on Jobsites from 9am - 5pm monday to friday.
    2) Keep in touch with Job agencies 3 days a week.
    3) Look in newspapers
    4) Go around stores to see any vacancies mostly twice a week.
    5) Send spec/cvs letters to companies.

There is only so much Job search I can do lol :D
It may get worse, it may not do, you may be ok.

You look like you are doing plenty to keep them happy.

Clueless Jobcentres are just relearning lessons they learnt in past, that using a big stick does not generally help people get jobs in difficult job market and can be counterproductive.

what happens after 6 months then?

I think we will go back to the Work Programme if we still not got a Job.
Some other clueless government nonsense starts unless they decide to scrap it as they can't get enough 6 month community work placements.

Like Work Programme it will be run by same gravy train workfare exploiter private companies, so it will be chaos.

To be honest if you are doing all that I would give you 99 points for perserverance...
In reality, you might as well be !!!!ing up against a wall as there is obviously another issue that is stopping you getting a job and all those applications are the equivalent to dropping a daily turd.

Hopefully someone will try to help you - or you might get a jobsworth who just tries to sub you into a sanction...

I am doing the best I can, I just can't seem to understand why I am not getting any interviews and feedbacks on applications. :(

If it hasn't worked for years then it is unlikely to ever work, you need to try something else.

What else can you do? How about reflecting as to the reasons why you've been getting nowhere after all these efforts?

Do you truly believe that all it takes to get a job is search what is available, apply, and then cross your fingers and hope to get lucky? That's only 1/10th of what it takes to get a job. The rest is about actually providing a CV worth reading, a cover letter that will stay out of the bin, presenting yourself in a way that makes you look professional, practicing interviewing and presentation skills etc...
why should it get tough, its not your fault if you cant get a job the government are fully aware of the situation,

Oh really? and how can we know that we have no indication of how the poster applies the above?

There is always going to be unemployment. It is why all these courses will never work, it just shuffles who is at the bottom.

What have you done in your time being unemployed to make yourself more employable?

I have been on work placements from New Deal from Jobcentre, I worked in warehouse and British Heart foundation charity shop near me.
