New Generation Parking - too late to appeal

Hello All
I had a PCN from New Generation Parking which it is now too late to appeal against - I overstayed the time limit, I was legitmately browsing in a shop of which I am a good customer (I have a storecard account with them) but have no receipts from that visit. I have also had a contact from a company called Roxburghe. All ignored by me.
This was in England.
Unsure what to do now it's past appeal - should I contact the store to complain and / or continue ignoring.
Thanks in advance.

I'm not an expert in these matters, there are plenty of folk on here who are, and will no doubt be able to help.
I do know, however, that in England you cannot now just ignore these "fines". You used to be able to, but the law changed relatively recently ( it's different in Scotland ). It's definitely worth contacting the shop, make sure you speak to the manager, they usually have the power to overturn the parking ticket. Other than that, there is a POPLA appeals process you can follow. I shan't try to give you specific advice on that - I don't know enough about it, and don't want to give the wrong advice. But others on here are far more knowledgeable and will no doubt be able to help.0 -

Obviously appeal to store, preferably in person with the manager.
Out of time? OK, date of contravention, date of any NtK or subsequent communications.
We need that to help properly.
Also read coupon-mad's sticky thread at top of forum.0 -
Thanks, both. I will complain now then - first by phone, then I will go in person but I can't do that for a few days.
Date of contravention was 24 August, with initial NTK dated 16 days later followed up by letter from Roxburghe approx 7 weeks after that again (end Oct).0 -

Was there are windscreen parking charge notice? If not then they are out of time and complaints should be made to the BPA and DVLA (contact details in Coupons Newbie thread)0 -
No, there was no windscreen PCN - it came in the post.
Thanks, I will complain to the BPA and DVLA, as well as to the store manager of the shop I was in.
I have found another thread on pepipoo about this very car park and someone in a similar situation to mine back at the beginning of the year.
I am still not going to enter in to any contact with them or their agents though.0 -
Not only were they out of time to serve the NTK, but we have seen threads showing a pic of an NGP Notice to Keeper which had wording flaws that didn't include the statutory wording in the POFA 2012 Schedule 4 (paragraph 9). It's easy to compare a NTK with that paragraph as it's written in bullet points and is linked in the sticky thread 'newbies...read this now!' near the top of the forum.
It's worth spending 15 minutes comparing your NTK as it gives the keeper more to complain about - email addy for the BPA is in the sticky thread already mentioned. But you could start by getting a clue by reading paulfoel's thread where I have already pointed out the flaws with his NGP Notice to Keeper!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
