Zero credit accounts listed on Experian

Hi - does anyone understand why I would have no credit accounts listed on Experian?
In reality I have a Barclaycard which I pay off every month, a £5000 limit Nationwide Visa which I pay off in full most months, and a Nationwide 1-year loan that I will finish paying back in January.
All of my addresses are listed correctly.
