Credit Report Problems / Linked Address + More

Hello Everyone, new to the forums so go easy
I went to Experian to check my credit report which to my disbelief had numerous inaccuracies. I would imagine this will cause future problem so I need to get it addressed before it gets out of hand. This is where I need some help please!
My present address is causing the main problem. There have been numerous problems with this property name as there are many properties in this area with very similar names. The property me and my boyfriend live in at present is a property we rent. This is on the land of a separate property, the property of our landlords.
We did not know when we moved in that the our property was not registered on the land registry or royal mail website. We have just updated that very recently. Obviously this has caused us problems as the address name has never been properly defined. This has now had to be verified several times with the council. The property we rent is one house which has been spilt into two flats, top and bottom. This property had already been split when I and my boyfriend moved in a couple of years ago. We both live in the bottom flat of the property which address is now registered by the council and royal mail. I would imagine other people who have rented this property over the years have had similar issues with there credit report.
Because of the property not showing on the royal mail database three banks I have opened accounts with over the past year have not seen this address error. I suppose when they looked to select the address from the database that they just picked the very similar names of other properties in the area. These are showing on the credit report as three different property addresses in the area! I’m unsure what exactly to do here, do I contact Experian or the banks – will these be amended or deleted from the credit report?
I also have around five Linked Address errors because of this; I don’t know what the best thing to do is. Does anyone have any idea that could possible help me? Thanks, Amy x

You need to go to the source of the problem, so contact the banks and I would imagine the change will get passed down to the CRA's, you could contact experian etc and see what they say.0
