Stams card care ; connection with CPP?

I have received info on the CPP mis selling claims & will return my Yes vote before the deadline.
Can anyone tell me is STAMS CARDCARE for which I have a current policy, a namechange for CPP, or is it totally different & not subject to the CPP claims.
I can't remember exactly when I switched to STAMS, possibly 2008 ish, but don't recall if I bought independently, or was sent new policy automatically from CPP, or another company.

Bump1.gif This never got an answer. I am clearing old papers and wondered if this STAMS comes clearly under the same mis-selling classification as CPP on which I see there has been a lot of fuss and millions could claim. The policy I had had been discontinued by 2012 by inertia when a debit card ran out. Before throwing away the papers I just wondered if there is any claim to be made and how easy it is.
Sorry my posts so long - not time write shorter ones.
