Does anyone know how long it is taking for the DVLA to send back V5s with the new keeper details at the moment?

ive just moved house so send my v5 away to change adress on 5th of november got it back the 21st november (today) so that was 16 days
not sure about change of ownership if it will be faster or slower!!
