Seven Towers and I are ahead of you in this paper chase so you'll have plenty of warning IF this company ever tries to get near a court.

I think either of us would also be up for going all the way with these cowboys if it did come to court since the law here really does give them some major hurdles to get over.

Be ready for a nasty letter from a firm of solicitors in Manchester, made me take a deep breath, but its another piece of bluff and bluster and thanks to the people here it got added to my expanding letter collection.

I've not heard anything now for 6 weeks or so but who knows, maybe I'll get a Christmas card from my friends at UKPC yet.

The letters are slightly different for NI because POFA doesn't apply, but still the same BS trying to frighten you into handing your money over to these cowboys.

    Standfast and continue to ignore

+1 - In fact if they did try taking you to court, I would personally go with you to hearing, but don't worry, hell will freeze over before UKPC will try court in NI.

I was looking forward to the Manchester Solicitors letter but it never arrived, I got my windscreen ticket in January and haven't heard a dickybird from them since July.

If you do get the solicitors letter ignore them except for making a strong complaint to the Solicitor's Regulatory Authority, come back here for advice about wording the complaint.
