windows 7 sp1 won't install

Been googling this issue as my dell laptop will not install sp1. Does all other updates but not sp1. Anyway carried out some tests, including sfc scannow. It came back there are some files corrupt however they could not be repaired. Can anyone help please. Attached is cbs log. It's a huge file, so I have only attached bits that start with cannot repair
