Help needed with Xbox Live

Evening all
Today we have switched from BT Broadband to Sky Broadband.
We are not having any pc issues at all and all up and running. However, we cannot connect the XBox live to the network. We have run the test and it gets as far as
Wirless Network not connected.
Sky have said we need to put the WEP into the Xbox - we dont know how yo do that
I dont seem to be able to get through to XBox live support and their website is pants!!
All/any help would be gratefully received

In the consoles blade just clear all the network settings and try to let automatic find the connection XBox is a pain in the neck when it comes to wireless connections, go to the XBox forums and have a read as ll the answers are there.
